I read previous testimonials on both their own forum and places such as Trustpilot etc and found good to bad reviews. I always review for the benefit of others, so here it is.
I had to travel to at short notice and arranged parking with Zenith. A very simple procedure from start to finish. We were met on time, as arranged and given simple but specific instructions for collecting our car on return. The drivers met us as planned and on time and extremely pleasant to deal with.
We were totally happy in all respects and, based on our experience, would have no hesitation in using Zenith again and recommending them - an excellent experience from start to finish . . ..
I used Zenith for a short break to Venice in March 2024 and found the booking easy, highly competitive and efficient, and very pleasant to deal with.
I had to wait barely 10 minutes for the return of my car at T5 and would highly recommend them.
I will definitely use them again.

These guys did exactly 'what they say on the tin' - and more. We got our outbound flight times mixed up and they went out of their way to help us on our outbound leg. Polite, good-natured and professional all round. Coming back from my trip abroad - tired - how lovely to see my car pull up for me to drive home myself. Good experience with Zenith, this was the first time I used meet and greet and it went really well, pickup and drop off was on time, well spoken staff car was picked and dropped on given time and the washed my car.

Despite effects of BA strike disruption producing late change in terminal, the car was delivered on time and to the right place. You even reinflated a tyre which I noticed was under pressure as I handed the car over to you at the start of the holiday. Well done!
